12 National welfare organisations came together for one BIG fundraising campaign called National Tekkie Tax Day.  Together Tekkie Tax represent more than 1 000 NGOs all over the country – and we are one of them!!

In 2016 we celebrated our fourth year and with the help of thousands of supporters the project raised R8.4 million! This is becoming our most significant fundraising campaign but we need you to join in the fun!

This year we will celebrate Tekkie Tax Day on Friday, 26 May.  There are five different stickers, each representing a beneficiary sector:

Bring Hope,

Once you have decided which sector to support, you spiff up your tekkies with a pair of our funky Tekkie Tax shoelaces (R35 per packet including your sticker) and well done . . .you are ready!  Be sure that all tekkies are proud to be seen in public. . .

Stickers to wear tekkies on the day is also available at the cost of R10

My request is that you will grant permission for your staff to participate in this project.  Staff members are usually eager to participate but are hesitant if permission has not been granted at managerial level.  All we ask is your permission and the name of a contact person with whom we can liaise in order to supply the stickers, Tekkie Tags and some free publicity material.
