Bartlett Construction (Pty) Ltd is a construction and building company led by Richard and Wayne Bartlett and have remained true to the values and foundations that the company was first established on, most of all, reliability, integrity, quality workmanship and efficiency.

Since its groundbreaking establishment in 1964 by Quintin Bartlett, the company has celebrated five decades of excellence, which is now seeing a third generation of this family owned business join its ranks in order to continue its proud building tradition.

Continuity has ensured that the customer-centric brick and mortar company has forged relationships that have enabled Bartlett Construction (Pty) Ltd to carve a niche for themselves as commercial, industrial and outlet builders. As residential builders the focus is placed on multi-unit developments rather than individual homes.
