Accolades and Compliments
CANSA Western Gauteng, Anjolien Brink (Regional Manager) (November 2009)
The CANSA Western Gauteng staff who won the potjiekos competition attended Konitek Training & Development’s computer training that we won as first prize.
It was absolutely wonderful! One staff member and volunteer went for Basic and Intermediate Word training and two staff members went for Basic and Intermediate Excel training. The friendliness of Konitek’s staff, Konitek’s venue as well as the learning experience was out of this world and definitely assisted in the computer literacy of those who attended. CANSA can and will promote Konitek to everyone in the West Rand as Konitek’s passion and professionalism shows in everything that they do. Thank you once again for a great prize together with Konitek.
Standard Bank, Steven Blom (Manager) (October 2009)
Please allow me the opportunity to compliment two of your members. My first compliment goes to Peter from Minuteman Printers who agreed to give a talk to the staff of Westgate Branch. We asked Peter to talk about the Customer Service Experience from a customer’s perspective which was very well received by the staff of Westgate Branch. Peter really went out of his way and I believe that he is an asset to ROCCI and the community at large.
My second compliment goes to Thompson from the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens who assisted us with a venue for one of our Region’s meetings. The manner and enthusiasm with which he dealt with our request was outstanding. We actually requested a pre-visit to the venue which he personally dealt with. I will easily recommend Thompson and the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens to all my colleagues. To me it’s very clear that ROCCI promotes behaviour that is conducive to doing good business and the above customers are living proof of this. Long live ROCCI!
Kaylu IT Solutions CC, Kerryn Marcus (September 2009)
Thank you so much for having our Rocci Reviews delivered to us on Tuesday. Having looked at the ROCCI Review magazine, Kaylu IT Solutions are very proud to be included and associated with such a wonderfully presented magazine. Being new to ROCCI, we were uncertain of what to expect in the ROCCI Review magazine, and it most certainly exceeded our expectations. We look forward to being involved in next year’s ROCCI Review Magazine.
