ROCCI’s Terms & Conditions when booking for events

Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce & Industry( ROCCI) Follows the new stricter guidelines,rules and procedures and we have implemented these rules in holding honourable ethical authenticity and in good business conduct and standing.

No exceptions will be made.

Terms & Conditions when booking for any event hosted or presented by ROCCI the following rule & procedures will apply.

Members – All bookings will be done through your Event Bank management App. Upon your booking you will be issued your entry ticket. Present your ticket at the doors to avid disappointment. No Ticket, regrettably No entry will be allowed.

Non-members – Can book at events@rocci,org, to which should there be a payment must be paid upfront and in full,upon receipt of payment you will be issued your entry ticket to present at the entrance of the event, regrettably no ticket No entry. No exceptions.

Walk-Ins – Payment will be paid in cash before entrance No exceptions.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure you follow the procedures and fair business practice and conduct at all times.
